- B11 (PDF Download) - Bethesda Reverse Commute Route. Leaves every 20 mins between 6:02 and 9:02 AM for the Medical Center Metro Station. Returns every 20 mins between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. Travel time - approx. 45 mins.
- FX404 (PDF Download) - GMU Line down GW Parkway through Langley, McLean, Tysons, Vienna, and Oakton to George Mason University's main campus in Fairfax.

Local Shuttles provide easy access to Georgetown and GU:

Georgetown Shuttle - Metro Connection shuttles leave every day, every 10 minutes, from the Rosslyn Metro Station to Georgetown and Dupont Circle Metro Station. Service begins at 7 AM weekdays and ends at midnight weekdays and 2 AM Friday and Saturday nights. The fare is $0.50 one way.
Georgetown University Transportation System (GUTS) - The Arlington Loop includes a stop at River Place. The Rosslyn Route leaves every 20 minutes from the Rosslyn Station.

Airport:

Ronald Reagan National Airport - National Airport is 5 stops from the Rosslyn Station on the Blue Line and is a short cab ride to and from River Place.

Bus 5A, Straight to Dulles Airport (PDF file) - Metro Bus route 5A runs from the Rosslyn Metro Station to Dulles Airport with one stop in between. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes. The fare is $3.00.

Washington Flyer Coach Service to Dulles - No longer available from National to Dulles, coach service to Dulles is available from the West Falls Church Metro Station. Call 1-888-WASHFLY for more information.

Bike Washington - River Place is a few blocks from the Key Bridge where two trails meet. The Mount Vernon Trail runs south along the Potomac River by National Airport and through Old Town Alexandria to George Washington's estate. The Custis Trail runs north to connect with the W&OD Trail, a former railroad that runs out to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Across the pedestrian friendly Key Bridge, running north along the Potomac River, lie both the wooded C&O Towpath and the Capital Crescent Trail.

Zipcars - The Rosslyn Zipcar is a short walk from River Place. It is located at 1701 N. Kent Street, across from the Berlin Wall Exhibit at the opposite end of Freedom Park.
